Utah Portrait Photographer { Katy @ Wheeler Farm }

Katy is the sister of one of my long time clients and contacted me with such a fun idea. She wanted to do something special for her husband on his birthday and we came up with this vintage, almost pin up look and headed out to Wheeler Farm.

We sure got some looks walking around the farm Friday night. Katy with her 3 inch heals and me carrying my blue chair which I am sure weighs a hundred pounds ;) Heading back to the cars we had some really sweet teenage boys ask if we needed help and they carried our stuff the rest of the way. Whoever those kids' parents are taught them well!

I hope you all have a great Monday. I am editing like crazy before I leave for a week... For now enjoy these fun portraits :)

I love the shots with the chair! The ceramic dog belonged to my Grandma, she collected dogs and when I got married my sister and I split them (there were a lot)... thought he matched the vintage theme :)

Today I decided to take some Self Portraits for some fun. I also wanted to share some Resolutions I have as far as my photography goes.

1. This year I want to get into the amazing world of Wedding Photography.
2. In the next few months I will have a website up and running and set up a PayPal account.
3. Learn, Learn, Learn.

I have lots of new ideas for my photography this year and I am looking forward to what 2010 has in store for me :)

Yeah, so this is my gorgeous sister. On Thanksgiving Day we decided to go out and take some shots while the food was cooking. This is an awesome place to shoot and we got some great light that day too. Thanks Steph, Love ya tons!
